Its ridiculous that any government enforce a ban on marijuana in the first place. Studies have never linked marijuana with death or even serious health problems for that matter. A drug that cant be proven as medically dangerous should be available for adults to administer as they see fit. Legalize it, tax it, and pay down the deficit.
